Physical Therapists at Monadnock Community Hospital have more than just a job. Our therapists work with patients of all ages to provide the highest quality care, while our multi-level rehabilitation and wellness center provides a wide range of treatment environments for therapists to choose from.
In fact, MCH Physical Therapists have access to a traditional rehabilitation office, an orthopedic practice, therapy pools, and a state-of-the-art fitness facility. As a therapist here, you’ll have the freedom to determine the best treatment options on a case-by-case basis, while working collaboratively with other therapists to provide patients with truly well rounded treatment plans.
After patients complete therapy, they transition to an exercise plan in our fitness facility. On the fitness floor, they can continue to improve upon the progress they made while working with an MCH Physical Therapist.
Physical Therapists at MCH enjoy many benefits, including a generous tuition reimbursement program. Our therapists are encouraged to utilize the reimbursement to achieve specializations in the field or work towards a Master’s Degree or Doctorate.
With flexible work schedules, our therapists have plenty of time to pursue their favorite pastimes. Surrounded by the beauty of the Monadnock region, our therapists enjoy a variety of ways to spend time off, including skiing, swimming, hiking, and camping.
